ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registrations will be made via Online Registration System. Please read the following information before completing an online registration form.
1. Click HERE to access the registration page.
2. Please create a registration account. (Please click item APASL member if you are APASL membership).
3. Verification account by email (click link on email)
4. Login with your Username and Password (previously made)
5. Click Registration menu and complete the data.
6. Click Hotel menu (for hotel reservation).
7. Click Submit botton to complete your registration
8. Once the registration process has been completed, you will received an invoice (Please check your dashboard)
9. Please complete the payment
* For the group registration, please create a registration account to register your group by clicking on field of the Group Registration
* Only participants who register for the main meeting as Delegate, can register to attend the Workshop and Post Graduate course.
* For APASL registration as Trainee, a letter from your college/school/university to prove your student status is required
Registration fee can be paid with the following method:
1. You can pay through your Credit Card through the online registration system.
2. All service charges/bank convenience fee of online payments are to be paid by the registrants.
3. The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
• Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress are requested to contact the registration secretariat at email@example.com . Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
• The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or pre conference deadline, it will not be considered as early or pre conference registration if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
• For group reservations to be made from local travel agencies please contact for special conditions at firstname.lastname@example.org.

1. Cancellations received on or after 31st December 2019 – NO REFUND.
* Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of The 29th Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver (APASL) 2020, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
